How to order

We treat each client individually and try to meet their requirements and expectations as much as possible, so it is important that we have as much information as possible about your requirements, listed in the order.
For easier processing of the order, we have prepared a guide in points.
Some of our products can be ordered exactly according to the given existing model. However, it often happens that we also produce a customized product. Therefore, we distinguish between two types of orders, which are described below:

 

1. ZINGERLATKA ORDER FROM THE PORTFOLIO

    • If you liked a particular Zingerlatko, send us an OFFICIAL BINDING ORDER to objednavky@zingerlatka.sk, or via the form on our website and wait for its confirmation.
    • write “BINDING ORDER” in the subject of the message
    • write in the text of the order:
      • what you would like
      • WEDDING DATE
      • DATE when you would like to have Zingerlatko
      • delivered (e.g. for a hairstyle test)
      • what hairstyle do you anticipate having
      • you can send photos of dresses, hairstyles...
    • We will send a CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER to your e-mail with all the information including payment information.
    • Once the payment for your Zingerlatko is received, we start working on it.
    • As soon as your product is ready, we send it in the agreed way.
    • Payment for your Zingerlatko can be made in advance by bank transfer or cash on delivery.

2. BUILD YOUR OWN ZINGERLATKO:

If you haven’t chosen any product from our portfolio, we have prepared an option for you to create your own Zingerlatko.

Here you will find options for different shapes of decorations and options for different finishes to choose from.

ORDER ITSELF:

  • Choose a shape
  • Choose a finish
  • send an OFFICIAL BINDING ORDER FOR “CUSTOMIZED” PRODUCT to objednavky@zingerlatka.sk, or via the form on our website and wait for its confirmation.
  • write “BINDING ORDER” in the subject of the message
  • write in the text of the order:
    • what you would like
    • WEDDING DATE
    • DATE when you would like to have Zingerlatko
    • delivered (e.g. for a hairstyle test)
    • what hairstyle do you anticipate having
    • you can send photos of dresses, hairstyles...
  • We will send a CONFIRMATION OF THE “CUSTOMIZED” PRODUCT ORDER to your e-mail with all the information including payment information.
  • Once the payment for your Zingerlatko is received, we start working on it.
  • As soon as your product is ready, we send it in the agreed way.
  • Payment for your Zingerlatko can be made in advance by bank transfer or cash on delivery.

If you have chosen your favourite combination but would like to see what it could look like in advance, we have prepared a service for creating a DESIGN.

3. CONDITIONS FOR RENTING PRODUCTS:

Ordering:

  • After filling in and submitting the order form through the website zingerlatka.sk, we will send you an Order Confirmation with all the necessary information to complete your order to the email address provided. If the requested date is already booked, we will inform you via email.

Rental fee:

  • The fee is paid in advance to the supplier’s (Zingerlatka) account and is taken as a reservation fee. The reservation of the requested date for the client is confirmed upon its credit to the account. The rental price will be provided in advance based on your inquiry. The rental price includes shipping costs.
  • The rental fee is paid by bank transfer based on a proforma invoice.

Product delivery:

  • We always ship the product 4 days before the wedding (e.g., if you want a tiara for Saturday, March 12, 2022, we will send it on Wednesday, March 9, 2022). You will be informed about the delivery via SMS from the courier company. Standard delivery is within 2-3 days after shipment (Thursday/Friday).
  • After receiving the product, please check it and inform us of any defects by phone or email.

Return of rented product:

  • On Monday of the following week, the courier from the courier company will pick up our product at the address you provided. The courier will inform you in advance about the pick-up time. The courier will already have a label printed, which will be affixed to the box with the product, so you do not have to worry about filling out the return address.

Proper packaging of the product for a safe return:

  • We recommend keeping the box in which you received the product and packing it the same way (do not worry about wrapping paper).

Order cancellation:

  • In case of cancellation of the wedding up to 2 weeks before the wedding - we will refund the entire amount
  • In case of cancellation of the wedding later than 2 weeks before the wedding - we will refund 50% of the amount
  • In case of cancellation of the wedding 1 week before the wedding - the entire amount is non-refundable
  • In case of force majeure, we will refund the full amount.

Financial compensation for product damage:

  • If we discover any new defects in our product upon its return, we will request financial compensation for this damage:
    - small damage - not applicable
    - medium damage - 30-100 euros (depending on the type of damage)
    - large damage - full amount of the product

 

  • Small damage - breakage of 1-5 components, minor dirt, etc.
  • Medium damage - breakage of an entire group of components / an entire “branch” on the product, extensive dirt, etc.
  • Large damage - significant deformation of the product without the possibility of returning it to its original shape, significant dirt, any other damage without the possibility of returning it to its original state, or with the possibility of returning it to its original state with significant difficulty.
